1. SIZE
- We are accepting custom sizing by our customers based on the essential measurements outlined in our Measurement Guide.
- Alternatively, customers may choose to order according to our general templates based on Asian kid age. The templates may varies for kids from other regions yet you may still refer to the size/measurement tables in our Measurement Guide to get your preferred fitting.
- There are several design that we have posted to our main page for you to choose. Please quote us the Design Code of your interest.
- Should you have your own design, you may also email us the photo for our reference.
- A general guideline for pricing and charges is given in our Pricing Tables page.
- Our business base is in Penang, Malaysia.
- We are using express courier service (normally PosLaju) to deliver your orders whereas delivery charges will be applied according to your location and weight of apparels.
- Based on past experience, the postal charge for 1 piece of smocking dress to peninsular Malaysia would be around RM6.00.
- Eventually, we are also accepting by-hand collection by customers in which customers will be contacted when their order is ready to be collected.
- While we are offering a limited range of fabrics in our catalogue, we did accept fabric material from our customers.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us should you want to send your own fabric for your kids apparels.
- Our normal lead-time to deliver your order is between 2 to 4 weeks.
- It is our commitment to prioritize your order and deliver it as soon as possible. Nonetheless, there are occasions (i.e. before festive seasons & school holidays) that will eventually delay your delivery.
- You will be notified on the scheduled delivery date upon placing your order.
- All due charges shall be paid to our Maybank account before the items being posted. Customers will be advised on the account number once an order is confirmed.
- Alternatively, we give exception for by-hand collection to pay by cash.
